Amy is a fifth generation funeral director with Silva-Faria Funeral Homes, family owned and operated since 1890. Licensed since 2005, Amy is passionate about her role as a guide for families in their time of need. Growing up in the funeral home has given her a strong sense of respect for this industry. A creative social butterfly with a background in theatre, she revels in the numerous conversations she has had with people that upon learning her profession, have a million questions. Amy hopes to be a voice for an industry that has never really had one in an informal setting.
